Lavrov: Russia makes efforts to resolve Qatar dispute

Kuwait's Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Sabah was met planeside by Qatar's emir, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, when he arrived on Wednesday night.

Baker said 18 destinations were now out of bounds for the airline.

"In light of the recent developments in the region, Mwani Qatar and its partners have ensured the business continuity of its ports and shipping operations in and out of Qatar to mitigate the impact of any action that would affect the imports and exports to and from the country", Al Jazeera quoted it as saying. We especially stand by them in the face of Donald Trump's ill-advised response whereby he said that those "states that sponsor terrorism are at risk of falling victim to it". Saudi lobbyists are now tweeting threats to the Qatari Emir about regime change.

Analysts say the crisis is partly an extension of a 2014 dispute, when Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Bahrain temporarily recalled their ambassadors over Qatari support for Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood.

"We are blood related in all the Gulf region and we thought they will never do that for us, but what shocked me more that they did it. They don't think about us as a population, they think about politics issues rather than human", says their mother.

The Arab countries have closed air, sea and land links with Qatar, barred the emirate's planes from their airspace and ordered Qatari citizens out within 14 days.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has approved legislation for increased military cooperation with Qatar, including a deal for the deployment of Turkish troops there.

Questions have also been raised over whether Qatar should retain the right to host the 2022 football World Cup and over its economic ability to sustain the crisis.

Six of the organizations are already considered militant groups in Bahrain, a Sunni-ruled, predominantly Shiite island home to the U.S. Navy's 5th Fleet and an under-construction British naval base.

Previously, large cargo ships visited the UAE deep port of Jebel Ali, where cargoes were reloaded onto smaller ships before being delivered to the Qatari port, which is not capable of receiving large vessels. Iran, for its part, is fighting terror groups in Iraq and Syria.

Slogans in support of Qatar have been among the top topics discussed on Twitter in Arabic, which is a hugely popular medium of expression in the Arab world.

However, Qatar's Interior Ministry said in statement Sunday they were free to stay.

The response of the State Department to Congressman Roskam came later in November that year, containing significant information relevant to the current Gulf crisis.

"Qatar has to redress its path and has to go back to all previous commitments, it has to stop media campaigns and has to distance itself from our number one enemy Iran", Sheikh Khalid said.

The gas-rich emirate´s satellite news giant Al-Jazeera has also emerged as a point of contention, and on Thursday the broadcaster said it was battling a major cyber attack.

Al-Yazeedi's family is not the only one in this predicament.

The UAE state news agency WAM said President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed al-Nahayan had condemned "the horrific crime".

Turkey has maintained good relations with Qatar as well as several of its Gulf Arab neighbors.
