"You should be ashamed of yourself". Remember to update your bookmarks. It and another local bookstore reportedly sold out by 10 in the morning.

Publisher Henry & Holt Company had planned a Jan. 9 release.

Bannon, who returned to the ultraconservative web site Breitbart News after Trump fired him last August, is finding his position there precarious. "He has been relentless in his advocacy for his father and the agenda that has helped turn our country around".

"Donald Trump, both a patriot and a good man", read Bannon's statement, which CNN obtained Sunday from a source close to Bannon.

Trump tweeted Friday: "The Mercer Family recently dumped the leaker known as Sloppy Steve Bannon".

In an interview to National Public Radio, Wolff stood by the content of his book and his criticism of the president. "What they mean by that is he has a need for immediate gratification".

The new book 'Fire and Fury, ' a White House tell-all by Michael Wolff, continues to stir up controversy in Washington.

"I think it is a disgrace that someone is able to have something, do something like that", he said of the book.

Earlier this week, the White House also said that Trump never sat down with Wolff. The acrimony suggests a permanent split between the president and the strategist who helped him win the White House.

The White House has criticized the claims in the book, with press secretary Sarah Sanders calling it "complete fantasy". "The first woman president, Ivanka entertained, would not be Hillary Clinton; it would be Ivanka Trump". "We see 'Fire and Fury' as an extraordinary contribution to our national discourse, and are proceeding with the publication of the book".

The Mercers still could remain influential figures in politics - and a threat to establishment congressional candidates in November's midterm elections - even as Bannon is sidelined. "Where do I send the box of chocolates?"

"Michael Wolff is a total loser who made up stories in order to sell this really boring and untruthful book".

The White House has described the book titled Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House as being full of "misinformation".

They're "desperate attempts" to attack Trump, she said. Mr Trump's lawyers had tried to block publication of Fire and Fury, alleging it contained many falsehoods, and saying they were considering pursuing libel charges.

But Trump wasn't the only one who distanced himself from the Breitbart News executive following the book's release. "It's all about him; they say he is a moron; an idiot".
