"Especially South American players who always go on record and say it's a dream of theirs to play for Barcelona". Cury could be seen everywhere - sharing a poker table, partying alongside the 25-year-old ace and taking the same private jet.

Sources say Philippe Coutinho is interested in a move to Barcelona.

But he did not make any specific reference to Coutinho and exited the media event before it was opened up for questions.

Cury is family for Bertolucci, though - they've known each other for a long time.

Coutinho joined Liverpool from Inter Milan for £8.5million in 2013 and signed a new five-year deal in January. Liverpool's worst nightmare has finally become very real.

Speaking on Sky Sports, the retired defender said he thinks Chelsea's Diego Costa would be more useful to Liverpool than Philippe Coutinho.

The versatile attacker has not returned to training since suffering the knock and is currently receiving treatment at Liverpool's training complex. Neither is handing in an official transfer request.

Philippe Coutinho is just a matter of hours away from completing a big money move from Liverpool to Barcelona according to reports in Spain.

"It's the team I've dreamed myself playing for since I was seven years old, so that's where I'd like to see myself in the future". Bertolucci's partner Sam Kohansal recently returned from China after meeting the Brazilian midfielder.

Barcelona have seen their latest offer of €100 million - an initial €85m and then €15m in add-ons - dismissed by Liverpool.

The first offer rejected was worth around £75million and this second bid is £90million. Something like this? They want to come over? There's Sergio (Busquets) and two creative midfielders, (Ivan) Rakitic and (Andres) Iniesta, who are the thinkers of the team. "He is the ideal player for Barça".

The Anfield playmaker is a reported target for the Catalan giants but Spanish journalist Guillem Balague insists the deal is nowhere near as advanced as some have suggested.

Despite struggling with an ankle injury last season, he still scored 14 goals and remains a key part of Klopp's squad for the campaign ahead.
